Our position

A commercial bridge between suppliers and buyers

In the standard arrangement, the contract of sale sits directly between supplier and buyer. SourceBridge Commodities builds and manages the commercial relationship around it, sourcing, market development, negotiation support and coordination.

That structure keeps the commercial relationship transparent to both parties and lets us focus entirely on the quality of the match and the execution of the transaction.

Where a larger opportunity calls for a single counterparty, a principal trading structure can be considered selectively. Any such arrangement is set out in a signed contract beforehand.

How engagements begin

Every engagement starts with a clear brief: product scope, specifications, volumes, destination markets and commercial priorities. From there we agree the scope of work and the way we will operate together.

Territory, exclusivity, product scope and duration are confirmed in writing before work begins, so both sides know exactly what is covered.
